Lasivura is the first of two nations that technically do not exist.

Lasivura is less a nation and more an area designated by the Desert Lords of Riniko as being acceptable for the Lisuan (a humanoid lizard race with features similar to Iguanas) to inhabit and settle.  The odd social/political/economic ties that exist between the Desert Lords, Lisuan, and Rinikians proper causes the lines between which areas are officially part of Riniko and Lasivura to blur and change on an annual basis.  Luckily, this bothers none of the involved parties and other nations do not officially recognize Lasivura.  The only real city to exist in Lasivura is Lasivurax.  Its population was once quoted to be close to 500 people at any given time, but capable of holding up to 1,500 during rare occasions.  It is unknown how many Lisuan still live.  Some rumors place the number as high as 10,000 Lisuan, others believe that the Lisuan have become extinct without anyone noticing.  Lasivura was a gerontocracy that garnered most of its economy from the nearby salt and precious mineral mines.  Since there is no official country, there is no official language; however, all Lisuan spoke the appropriately named 'Lisuan' language.  Some Lisuan had received training in Komen and/or Rinikian due to the political and commercial needs of their tribe.
