Little is known regarding this absentee nation. The are known to dwell in the distant mountains. They are said to look similar to a mixture of Noni and fiery demon blood. The Noni are said to work as their proxy or go-between for trade. However, little is confirmed these days.

History does tell of times in the distant past when their armies did march in the lands of the Konsil. These tales are frightening and near godlike. Then, one day, they left. Now, any information is gathered second-hand from the Noni.
